Yambags will always question why there is no evidence when the government works to stonewall an active investigation - but cheer when the government is actually doing the investigation and manufacturing evidence (russian collusion hilarity). Because they don't actually care about the rule of law so much as their own team.
Problem is, it's still a win for them. The mere utterance of any alleged Biden wrongdoing is as good as "fact" for the dittohead faction of the Republican wing. Evidence of innocence morphs into coverup. Seriously, I don't know where the US is going as a country with such a large contingent of vocal and militant loons, but it doesn't look to be a good place.
