Any new/good promotions for $200K account

Looking for a low commission equity options, plus if offering futures as well as good shorting availability and portfolio margin.

 

I think only Merrill Edge offers regular promotions. Schwabs/Fidelity/Vanguard/TD Ameritrade may have some promotions for $100k+ capital.

 

For some reason I think these offers improve after the first of the year. Pretty meager right now.
