Apex Wrongfully Closed My Case — Here’s the Full Timeline:



Despite Apex stating “we have closed your case because we did not receive a response”, here is a documented list of my replies and submissions proving otherwise:



✅ Timeline of My Responses to Apex:

• May 22 – I sent the 5 trading days prior to their request (chart markups included).
• May 22–23 – I sent the 5 trading days after, plus a full written explanation of my trading strategy (entry rules, stop loss, R:R, scaling in/out, risk logic).
• May 29 – I followed up respectfully, asking if the review was complete.
• June 4 & June 11 – I sent additional follow-ups requesting status.
• June 17 – I filed an official complaint with the FTC (confirmation #2506-1722-1244-06) and CFTC.
• June 20 – I issued a formal final warning for escalation.
• June 27 – I submitted everything to the BBB – Texas, including emails, payout approval, chart markups, and evidence.
• July 1 – I asked again for a full response and resolution.
• July 2 – I sent a final follow-up after discovering Apex falsely closed my case, claiming I “did not respond.”

Reminder:

• Ticket #931367 – Payout of $100,239 was officially approved on May 2, 2025, by Tyler Jarvis.
• Apex had no grounds to claim I was non-responsive.
• All compliance documentation, markups, and explanations were submitted within their required timeframe.

All this because "The only money these "firms" make is from charging traders, they do not make money from profitable traders because it’s all demo. All payouts are paid from the pool of money gotten from evaluations/fees/subscriptions/etc .... how long are regulators going to ignore this.. May be this is what is making America great again
