Cheaper borrowing rates than IB for large accounts

Short of negotiating hard with a full scale investment bank, can anyone compete with IBKR's overnight borrow rates for accounts in the $25-50m size bracket?

 

Not unless you want to haggle. But I don't know why haggling is a roadblock for you.
