No action on bankers but he did pass Dodd-Frank which would have prevented the recent bank failures. The difference between Obama and Biden is Obama did make significant progress on some of his promises. If Biden had cut the uninsured rate in half or passed police reform I would be voting,volunteering and donating to him in 2024 as I did in 2020.
