I was under impression that since they have basket of futures, they should be taxed as futures - MTM + 40/60. My non-trader accountant says that they should not be taxed until i get k1 and should be treated as stock (hes interpretation of fund prospectus). Odd. Anybody has experience with them? Thanks!
