    Blah.....
18 million dollars would buy one hell of a farm here in Tennessee. Example http://www.landwatch.com/Fentress-County-Tennessee-House-for-sale/pid/27123728

9500 sqft home with 1200 acres of land for less than half the cost of this 4.5 acre property in the desert of Arizona. You could run probably 600+ head of cattle on this Tennessee property and it would pay for itself.

I find the house on either property very wasteful. Why would anyone need a 500 sqft bedroom? You sleep and have sex in the room. Unless you are into inviting the circus in for sexual escapades why so much space?

Seems like most of these "mansions" have a lot of space I would never use but would have to pay to heat and cool year round. Who the fuck needs a "wine room"? Seems like all the bullshit houses have random "sitting areas" ; what the fuck? Do you get so tired walking around your house you need to sit and rest?

This looks like a place where one can throw parties and gatherings commercially, but not to live in all year-round. It's a really lovely property though.
