What software do ETF managers like to use that isn't broker provided.

 

By 'manager' do you mean authorised participant or the fund company or a hedge fund manager that trades ETFs?

Top of the line is perhaps from sunguard for acctg and custodial mgmt.

 

For APs, the broker provided a webpage to do creates/redeems.

 

The guy that decides what the ETF buys and sells.
