Depends on your platform. In Sierrachart, time bars begin on the time increment, and end one second (or less) before the next increment. Bar ending is also affected by other SC settings, dealing with the resolution of the data feed and data storage. How the hell are you @IanMacQuaide? It's been a long time!!
