I had the misfortune of reading a Curtis Faith trading book once. I DID read it, although from the first pages, I felt silly doing so. But it was plain to me that he was no trader, *knew* he was no trader, and sought to maximize gain from the brand, before it evaporated into the wisp of luck from whence it came. I think you might be right. I had dinner with him once in Chicago. A very nice guy, couldn't be more normal. I know some people can change in life when they become "activists" for a cause. It can cause them to tap into emotions they never had before. But this is looking more and more like mental illness. He admitted to having only $27 to his name and there are tweets of his crying out for help after he was arrested. I feel really bad.
