Hi, So far I've found IB, Forex.com, eToro with negative bal protection. Anyone else with that feature? Also, does anyone here pay their forex broker (US-based) commissions instead of paying the spread/vig? Thanks.
You always pay the spread, regardless of broker or business model. Anyone who offers a product that offers otherwise is a bucketshop and most likely unregulated and highly shady imo.
I think he is talking about not wanting a padded spread on top of interbank rates. IB has interbank rates and while they won't guarantee a negative balance they will liquidate if you violate margin requirements.
