How I relax from trading and else

I watch videos of foster kittens growing-up and playing, esp. the daily
so called "Close-Up videos" (presented by "Mr.A") of Kitten Academy:


Currently 2 mom cats with their about 8 weeks old kittens (in total 12 kittens or so), plus about 6 "faculty cats" of the Academy...

Since the live stream is mostly silent (as cats and kittens don't speak much ), then I listen to classical and relaxing music in parallel...

 

Adorable little creatures. Cats always help me relax too.

 

I do a lot of jogging.

 

Cat shenanigans always amuse me to no end. they're such odd creatures.

 

They are the overlords of the universe. You must have missed the memo.

 

I meditate.

 

I like to walk, kayak, basically anything that gets me outside and enjoying some fresh air. Need a break from the computer and desk.

 

I prefer a good book or a movie. Occasionally a nice relaxing walk too.
