Yep....that bulletin is a really big help. If you do what are you supposed to do??????????????????????? I guess if you show a trade during those times you could be screwed by the time that phone call or email comes( or maybe thousands richer). Hope this does not become a habit . More info would be helpful.

There were a bunch of really wild prints on the tape in the pre market. I don't know what the 9:30 stuff was about. I did buy 1000 shares of IBM for 5 cents each, but no one bothered me about it. JK
