The companion Website used to contain supplementary material, including Excel spreadsheets designed to rate the strength of entry signals and provide money management guidance based on market volatility and portfolio correlations. His website is no longer operational making the login code from his book obsolete. Also, trying to find a book with a CD has been unsuccessful so far. Best regards, Erik
