A cheaper option may be www.stricknet.com Should you run into www.tbsp.com , be warned: their database is incomplete as they remove all options that haven't traded for 30 days, even those with outstanding open interest.
Just ran into these guys at the Options Industry Conference a few weeks back. They claim to have a vast amount of data stored on their servers for backtesting, etc. They might be a little bit of overkill for your needs, but it's probably worth checking out. http://www.lim.com/
