When you are outdoors you must wear a Helmet to protect against falling debris from the sky. Particularly satellites I am sure Fauci believes two helmets are better than one. If this seems crazy to you... Outdoor covid spread from or to a vaccinated person is imaginary but Satellites do fall from the sky.... Imagine telling a healthy vaccinated people they must wear masks outdoors... Because as far as the data is concerned... there is no spread of covid outdoors doing normal activities. plus... little to no proof of asymptomatic spread. plus... low to zero spread from the vaccinated... So telling people to wear helmets outdoors makes more sense than a mask.
