WEll I use Ameritrade. Also sometimes trade stocks (to be precise stock indices) using CFD contracts at Hotforex, if you don't care about dividends its pretty good cheap option.

I think you should do your own research so that you can find a broker that fits your particular trading requirements.
And for the past ten months, I did not face any issues with them regarding withdrawals or deposits, and even their spreads were consistent.
I suggest FP Markets. I've been trading with it for three months and have not come across any issues. The withdrawals are smooth, and scalpers need not worry about spread widening.
