Problems at BRUT/Nasdaq today

Just got this msg from my broker.

Is this par for the course for BRUT? What if I had orders that were filled hours late, would it be bustable?

 

excuse me for being ignorant, but what's brut3? I do about 75% of my trades on that ecn.....

 

Internal thing.. the broker can have several connections to brut open.

 

You wouldn't have been filled late, just reported late. This is not a reason for a bust.
