A broad racist attack inspired by a flag of all things. Yep, it's systemic racism across the board. But the jihadi terrorist attack? No bigger connection. Why are you playing a moron on the Internet? Here is how it works: All Muslims are not terrorists. Muslim jihadi are, by definition, terrorists. All white guys are not bigots. White guys waving the Confederate flag are almost certainly bigots. The two sets of observations are independent of one another. There is no mixing and matching.
