A lot of legacy oem brands sharing platforms for electric cars. Recent results were good. I looked at a citreon e c4 as it has a very comfortable ride as instead of rubber bump stops at the top of the suspension it has hydraulic bump stops. In combination with the quietness of the electric motor it has a ride like a Rolls Royce. The range with a 50kw battery is only 217 miles wltp which would not get to my destination without recharging.
The EV that I will buy must have a battery for 1000+ km range. It's simply my very personal "requirement" to such a product... I think there was news some weeks ago about a Chinese carmaker or battery maker demonstrating such a concept EV battery.
I hope you don't live in Europe because I doubt EVs will reach such distance in a single charge before 2035 when combustion engine sales will be banned.
Mercedes just drove an ev from Stuggart in Germany to Silverstone F1 circuit in U.K. 700 miles without charging. Very low drag and very complex parts 3d printed to get the weight down. https://www.forbes.com/sites/billro...on-eqxx-ev-goes-747-miles-on-a-single-charge/
