When Elon elects a few more no votes, Dems will vote with the Republicans or else the gov't shuts down. Elon's America Party should elect the very old (wheeling an oxygen bottle), lucky to last one term. Remember the Dems wanted to let the tax cuts expire and push the country into recession.
Irelating and Poland now having huge demonstrations to oppose unfettered illegal immigration. European Union has let millions upon millions of migrants flow in. Individual countries fighting too secure their borders and preserve their sovereignty. They probably, seeing the huge mess we now have in the US with the open borders policy. They are not dumb. Only, their political leaders selling them out to the globalists and warmongers.
I would'nt be surprised. I remember being at a McDs in Queens, a number of years ago. During the summer, and seated outside, and someone (new immigrant) next to me was studying for their citizenship exam. I almost cried. Someone doing it the right way. Not just handed to them. What an inspiration.
A few immigrants have been arrested at their citizenship interview or citizenship exam although they had not violated any criminal laws. Instead, they were well known political activists. I believe their court cases are still being reviewed and the Judges have not allowed any deportation. wrbtrader
Patriotism reigns strong for about 1/3 the US. Im damn lucky to be born here but the MAGA movement makes me afraid to even hang an American flag because it’s almost instantly assumed that im a right wing redneck nut job. sad but true.
they’ve done a great job equating patriotism to their MAGA movement. The Nazis were effective at the same concept.
I have flag poles on my property...the center pole can fly 4 flags. It's the tallest pole that's surrounded by three smaller poles. I usually will have up on the tallest pole the United States flag (top), France flag (2nd from top), Quebec flag (3rd from top), and Canada flag (support flag). The U.S. flag is always the top flag at my property in the United States. In contrast, the Quebec, flag is the top flag at my property in Quebec, Canada...above the France flag, Canada flag and then the United States flag as our support flag. The three smaller poles will surround the taller center pole. The three smaller poles have a U.S. Army Ranger flag, Airborne flag, and Air Assault flag. My kids sometimes call these flags as family soldiers flags. No one has yet to mistakenly call me a MAGA but I have been angrily called a Quebec Sovereigntist (an Independent Quebec from Canada). Spouse had her West Point flag but someone stole it...we have yet to replace it. Also, I have one other flag (collection) from my grandfather when he served in the 506th Parachute Infantry when it was attached to the 101st Airborne Division as part of the Allied Expedition Force just before D-Day in WWII. It's too dry, damaged. I'm too afraid to fly it now for fear it will tear apart. Grandpa in the below image (the tallest guy in his unit...way in the back trying to get a view of General Eisenhower) when his unit met the General who one day would become President of the United States. There's a similar photo at the Library of Congress...many view it as one of the most iconic photos taken just before D-Day... Many soldier's were caught off-guard in the 101st unit when they heard Eisenhower was coming while they were shaving their heads into a Mohawk to prepare for the invasion of Normandy...Operation Overlord. Today, a Mohawk haircut is symbolize with rebellion and non-conformity. My old man also served in the 101st Airborne and would travel with some from his unit to Normandy, France for the D-Day remembrance day and then spend a little time with our French relatives on my mother's side of the family. My parents did that every year on June 6th until my father's death. Next year on the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, my siblings and I will make that same trip with my mother back to Normandy on June 6th to lay flowers at Drop Zone A, north of Turqueville and Audouville-la-Hubert where my grandfather lost several from his unit who were gunned down by a heavily fortification of German gunners. Also, we plan to meet relatives in Italy and Germany to meet other family members whom I've last seen when I was a kid (they do fly the 502nd Airborne and 101st Airborne Division flags on D-Day in their little village since the death of my grandfather even though he survived the war, raised a family and is buried in Texas at a military cemetery) for a big family reunion prior to heading to Normandy to honor my grandfather's unit. https://www.clarksvilleonline.com/2...gacy-at-richard-winters-memorial-in-normandy/ https://www.nationalguard.mil/News/...-of-eisenhower-has-national-guard-connection/ Old farts still have that Mohawk like haircut in the image at the below link. https://www.dvidshub.net/news/37720...ent-understand-legacy-502nd-infantry-regiment Our family has deep roots in Texas although I've never lived there. Yet, we would sometimes go on vacations there (more like passing through the area) to put flowers on my grandfather's grave. FYI - There are 386 military soldiers from the 501st, 502nd, and 506th Parachute Infantry units (all part of the 101st Airborne Division) buried at Normandy, France. Many of them killed in action during that jump on D-Day...others killed in action in battle in nearby towns to Normandy. I didn't finish saying in the above message... All of my grandfather's buddies were proud of that Mohawk haircut that they adopted from the "filthy 13". The story is that there were 13 members of the 506th who cut each other's hair because one of the member's wanted to honor his Native American roots. That Mohawk haircut quickly spread to other Airborne units in the few days before D-Day. My grandfather was one of the survivors of the leadership command of that jump with a small flesh wound on D-Day. My grandfather also was Native American. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filthy_Thirteen #true-patriots wrbtrader
