I have requested this feature in Tradingview. If it interests you perhaps you might consider voting for it on their Reddit.
There's a few indicators that already do that. Volume profile tools also do up/down volume. Regarding ticks, doubt they'll ever come. It's been requested countless times. Seems like they got other priorities.
