Hm.. "access every tick " in the sales pitch, while the finest interval seems to be 1 min.

 

You can get the Trade Data.
Which is more than a tick data.

 

I've never used anything like this, but I have been asked many times for how to get access to this without paying $10K+.

You must be confusing quotes and 1 minutes bars. Trade data is different any of these though

For option data I think one of the most useful datasets out there is the OpenClose report from CBOE (from the marketdataexpress.com website).
