What are the pros and cons of holding a yuan savings account in terms of maintaining the relative value of your money if you don't live in China. Been offered the attached rates Any thoughts?

The first rate column such as 0.30, 0.35, is the float rate. The next column is 3 months, then 6 months, then 1 year. Maybe I can save your money in China banks and I earn the rate difference? Joking though.
