I applied the two patches and QT is now fully working again with IB data.
I have not been able to resolve my problem, and other then leaving my server on, am stuck like the rest of you.
Same problem on another computer that has QT without the patch being applied. So must be an IB problem right now. If anyone else can confirm . . .
