I think so. QQQQ options are very liquid. Sell and buy market orders are executed the second you hit the submit button. DIA options also...
I would take that $75,000 and put it all on EUR/USD at 200:1. Flip a coin for long or short. good luck
If he was short then you can add the spread to that 1.2073.
A stop of only 16 pips will close MOST of your positions for that 16 pip loss. I find 50 - 100 pips to be better.
I saw that too, same with GBP/USD. Time 12 midnight EST.
For the EUR/USD the biggest movement happens between 8am and 9am EST. If news is released. I don't know about volume but 100+ pip moves is common.
I think all times should be posted in EST. It gets confusing if people post with local times.

They are expected to increase the ceiling on their production. This should boost the USD even further.
When you put in your trade did you have a trailing stop or stop? How much was your un-used margin? Either one will close your position...
I got stopped out at 1:45 EST by a c**t hair. Then EUR/USD heads back down, what a shame. 150 - 200 pips stop loss might be better in the future.
