understood, still, good to hear another's thoughts on this.
excellent comments - thanks.
i dont really get it either. but what makes me think about it is these options.... who bought those options? locals or retail? is it...
look at todays price action. why would anyone ever listen to analysts? were these people buying options (article below) all retail customers...
imo the volatility is being shifted to currencies, its more efficient.
from where im sitting, long is strong with a capital S.
AAUK... tell me your thoughts.
the last three days tape has institutional buying written all over it, imo. automated accumulation of the SPYs... the line has been drawn ;)
its all about the US market being a composite for the rest of the world's stock markets.... and then you have currencies.l
anyone else have thoughts on this?
you would think in this day and age of fast computers, they could do better than that. im not surprised, however - that sounds fishy to me.
anyone else wondering about this?
but obviously this is not the case for the NASDAQ composite, right... do you guys see the 02/27 NASDAQ composite gap?
dont you see a opening gap of over 36 points on 02/27/07 on the Nasdaq Composite Index?
BUT not on spy.... in fact the spy 03/06/07 bar does not look nearly as bullish as the SP-500 index bar... i.e. it is not engulfing. do you...
thinking about this...
agreed - it is interesting. will the E in those PEs be harder to come by in the coming quarter?
you should give them a call
