    Keep rolling until somebody gets hurt. That's the only way for sure to know if a regulation is needed. If by Fat Cats you mean the 500 companies I own, I hope so. If you mean the Fat Cats like Union Pension Funds and College endowments who also own 500 companies, ah who cares? The other side won't be happy until they have removed all risk, especially risk which is rewarded by gain.
