Just another day in the paradise that is the American Covid experience. No worries, some of the people on here assure you it's not a problem nor was it a problem every day this week. In fact, the US Covid experience is a walk in the park no worse then a bad cold season.

This I may add is why the US doesn't have universal and affordable health care. You are too busy debating it to death, ignoring successes in other countries, and embracing every single conspiracy theory and whack job theory you can find. And of course blaming all your enemies on the "left".

Oh, and Trump says both are easy to deal with yet but hasn't.

We don't have that because we live within a for-profit health care system. And a for-profit health care system simply cannot WORK for the betterment of the people.

    It is that simple.

It's a beautiful graph. It shows increasing support for Trump - Red. While that guy in his basement - Blue seems to be flat lining.

Yeah, you're right. But we know why we don't have it. That's not the debate. The debate is that we should have it; regardless of why we don't have it.

    There is no debate.

Hospital buys a MRI machine in 1990 for $5,000,000. It charges $5,000 for each MRI. They do 5 MRI per day. In 200 days the MRI machine is paid off. That's less than a year.

So after the machine is paid off in less than a year, does the hospital reduce the cost of the MRI? NO! They want to make profit! So for the next 20 years they make $25,000 per day in pure profit. Raking in the big monies.

    Do the math, dude.

Yer not hearing me, with your crappy attempt at a face-palm. Why we do not have the not-for-profit health care system is very very simple. Because for profit makes them all money.

Have you not yet figured that out about America? Americans want their shit cheep, and they want to be rich.

We are never going to follow a meme where we sacrifice our money, as a WHOLE, for anything as noble as "the people". If contributions to non-profit organizations (charities) were not tax-deductible, non-profits (charities) would not exist.
