I am interested in meeting a profitable trader, or perhaps someone genuinely working towards this goal, in order to have meaningful and long-term exchanges. I made a couple of fortunes but was not able to keep them. "A time to win, and a time to lose". The psychological impacts have been unreal and I kept making LLs since then. Lately a local HH appeared. I have developed a pretty good system but was never able to really leverage its potential. I am currently a serious student of M.Douglas even though I have known him for a few years. I have identified my fears and genuinely work to correct them. You who are reading this, we both know that loud people wouldn't be so loud if they really knew. I don't care where the prices go, I am neither bull nor bear, I don't care about being right, I don't care about the news. I study esoterism, but in my mind, it is just a belief like any other. I am not necesserly looking for a mentor but someone to discuss about trading and grow out of the experience. It has changed my life in ways that I would not have even imagined a few years ago. My perception of reality and of myself have changed drastically and I believe it is just a beginning as I am just a beginner. Humbly yours, Easy123
We're all getting destroyed. I take time off. Forget about the past. Think forward. Have you tried to remove yourself from the screens ? Set and forget ? If your system really works (+EV over the long run) then you should focus on implementation. If the system doesn't work (yet) then ... Review the basics. Tinker some more. I mean being beaten up (stupid) is something I try to avoid. It's almost like the Rule #1. If I can be miserable. Don't. An healthy P&L from an healthy mind from an healthy body. I am happy with +EV bets whatever the outcome.
I hate to disappoint your trading God hero...but Mark Douglas books, courses, mindset are all Random shit. If they were magically profitable..you wouldn't be here today asking for divine light help guidance. How do you study esotericism in relation to trading? Or are you saying that you study an esoteric field outside of trading and youre just mentioning it?
Either way he will fit in perfectly on ET. Those two categories sum up 80%+ of the existing members. With most falling into the 'fucking nuts' category.
