I have been listening to Dr. Huberman for about a year now. Although he's not a trader I found his pod cast on Tenacity and Willpower relevant to what it is we all try and do here. Ok, I hope you get something out of it too.
Huberman is on the cutting edge of brain function research....good stuff, can highly recommend paying attention to him.
I enjoyed his video on Mental Training & Visualization. I wonder if Dr Huberman is a minimalist, as he wears the same shirt, or the same color shirt for every teaching video. He still has yet to discuss the catalyst of true power, which is semen retention.

So, basically...don't get complacent. Challenge yourself. Not too much, just enough. Not too often, just often enough. Sounds about right. But I think he overstates protein and exercise requirements.
