anyone else getting eye strain from using OLED monitor for trading?

or is there something i need to adjust to minimize eye strain when using OLED for trading.
i dont get eye strain with regular lcd.

love the colors and the contrast.
but it seems like pixel arrangement makes text not as sharp as regular LCD (for those thinking about switching for text and sharpness. those are not the strongest features of oled.
i have multiple OLED monitors btw. they all give me eye strain even when gaming on my GX oled tv which also has completely different pixel arrangement from evey other screen. so its not that.

Guessing you turned the brightness down and adjusted the color tint to make it a touch "warmer". That has always made a large difference for me.

As for your text not being as crisp, does adjusting your screen sharpness help at all?

I’ve gone 100% OLED and the eye-strain is proportional to viewing distance.

  5. I trade using just a phone and stylus. My eyes feel fine.

I activate the Color Filter and use Chartreuse Green at 20% opacity for a calmer, gentler, feel.

And make sure to visit an optometrist regularly to make sure your eyes and vision are fine.

I don't like staring at large displays. The heat, electricity and brightness field makes me feel agitated and restless.
