Talk about a great story stock-- BCON and their flywheel energy solution--they just started earning their first revenue. why is this company still at 30 cents? anyone? thanks!
Probably because they're diluting like crazy and they've got a float that could sink a ship. Now get outta here
no pumping here, just a legit question. Shouldn't the technology that seems revolutionary to me make up for the financial situation eventually? What am I missing?
I've traded BCON over the years. Like has already been addressed, they are so completely diluted and have so many shares out there, they could come up with the cure for cancer and still not make much of a move. That, and their technology ain't all that revolutionary. Plenty of alternatives to their product. If you own it, sell any run up cause it ain't gonna' hold.
thank you for being gentle, but I thought we were talkign about DILUTION not VALUE. You are mixing up the words--- i What dilutes a company?
selling additional shares in a secondary at above book value creates dilution. buying another co. at above book value creates dilution.reverse splits or splits do not dilute the value of a stock.
zdreg is right; reverse splits and splits doesn't change the value of your holdings; issuance and buy backs do.
