Biden at NAACP says 'regretful that Trump wasn't seriously injured'

It's obvious that Biden said “we are grateful he was not seriously injured”.

 

He was mumbling again, sounded like regretful to me.

 

Hey Karen, go back to eating your bonbon’s and watching the convention.

 

Not that he's always easy to understand, but "we're grateful" is what I heard and when I play it again, it's clear that's what he said.
