Supreme Court rules gay couples nationwide have a right to marry
    http://www.washingtonpost.com/polit...75a120-1b6d-11e5-bd7f-4611a60dd8e5_story.html

The Supreme Court on Friday delivered a historic victory for gay rights, ruling 5 to 4 that the Constitution requires that same-sex couples be allowed to marry no matter where they live and that states may no longer reserve the right only for heterosexual couples.

The court’s action marks the culmination of an unprecedented upheaval in public opinion and the nation’s jurisprudence. Advocates called it the most pressing civil rights issue of modern times, while critics said the courts had sent the country into uncharted territory by changing the traditional definition of marriage.

Once again Scalia is frothing at the mouth like a teenager. My god I can't believe he's on the high court, and that is independent of my opinion re gay marriage.

Good ruling in my opinion, it eliminates this issue as well, congrats to futurecurrents now he can marry his gay brother.

The funny thing about this rulings is that liberals always whine that supposedly we have a conservative supreme court but time after time we have seen the conservative justices jump sides, while there is never any doubt whatsoever the way the liberal justices are going to rule, they will think of any way possible they can pervert the rule of law in order to rule on the side of liberals, they dont even care about law, merely about passing every single progressive item that ever hits the courts.
