    This is Carney policy to deal with the threat of political instability in the US. They are also cancelling some military contracts with US suppliers and buying elsewhere. Canadians are at an all time low in terms of trusting and respecting the US in modern times.

  6. Thread subject didn't interest me much.After being caught up with the threads that I had more interest in I decided to see what was going on in here.Canada spending an extra 2.5% isn't that interesting :cool:
