It's not surprising when someone like Sarao or some indy/arcade trader continue to spoof after it has been outlawed, but I don't understand how compliance dept in bank don't shut their spoofers. Even we at ET were aware of spoofing becoming illegal soon after Dodd Frank came out. And don't say: "They are evil bankers with the regulators in their pockets, they know they won't face trial...".Regulators have been going after financial institutions as much as the little guy if not more...
