Anybody experienced in these things. I got an email thru Yahoo from a firm for a suit re: to the Reserve Primary fund. Thing is, how do I tell if this lawfirm is the best one to go with? When these things snowball I imagine alot of firms go around soliciting clients but can there be multiple class action suits for the same case? Any advice on how to proceed? thanks
You don't have to do anything. If a class is certified, the court will appoint one law firm lead counsel for the class and they will carry the ball. You only have to file something when there is a settlement or other resolution.
thanks. someone, in a post, said TDAmeritrade would be reimbursing .03 cents on the dollar, so if that holds up it'll make me and the rest whole given a NAV of .97 when they got out -- nice of them. i think people would be leaving en mass had they not done something.
