This is a big part of the problem (forget the tragedy of the infant for a moment) but anyone with Covid immediately means that if they die - no matter what they die of - they died from Covid. It takes work to determine cause of death, and maybe they're overwhelmed in certain areas. Maybe they are just doing this because it is easier, or maybe they're driving a narrative. But it sure is interesting.
