If you take forex as your main job or career, does it gives you more job satisfaction than your real life job or less? For me forex gives me so much more career satisfaction than my real job. Even though I can rely on my real life work more but I enjoy every aspect of forex beside the risk of losing. Other than that, I would trade all day and would like to learn so much more about it and enjoy earning from it. I'm happy to do it but its a dread to come to my job in real life sometimes. How about you?
hahaha yes forex trading created the best thing ever, and thats time.. you have more time in a day to do things, a 9-5 eats 1 third of your day another third goes to sleeping. while with forex u do not actually have to spend that much time one it and still earn better (if done correctly) and can do it from anything litteraly. like be on a beach in thailand during sonkran with a phone and placing trades with a coconut in the other hand.
No, it’s impossible to have job satisfaction with forex because forex isn’t a job rather it’s a trading market where regular profit isn’t guaranteed.
one needs to treat it more like a business tbh. if you get in the right groove it will work in your favor long term.
Trading really consumes lots of time what forced me to follow strict time management but it really worth to spend time on it cuz rewards can be extremely high if you find a gem (aka market edge) which hasn't been discovered by anybody yet.
Forex isn't my main job, so can't say exactly. but with how wild markets are, I'd definitely not rely only on trading!
It seems the consensus is that Forex satisfaction is highly personal and often tied to one's ability to manage the inherent stress and achieve consistent results. The 'freedom' aspect is a big draw, but clearly not without its significant challenges.
Does Forex offer high job satisfaction? No. Forex is not a career. Does Forex trading offer high job satisfaction? Yes and No. < 10% traders earn money. So they should be satisfied. Remaining > 90% traders will weep and gnash their teeth in despair.
