Easy Exercises

    For me running for up to 6 miles is an easy exercise…after you got used to it. Before this it’s not very easy to do, but once you adapt to it, you will enjoy this exercise. It’s very simple. You just run a certain distance and get pleasure and multiple benefits for your health.

  3. If it's easy, is it really exercise or is it just...activity? If it's easy, then where is the adaptation?

    And as a dead hang goes, it is not exercise. It is something you do after exercise.

    Agree! Running in the evening after work is the best!
