Contrary to the dnc and the establishment republicans...
Illegals are more likely to be criminals than citizens.

Noncitizens Make Up One in Five Federal Prisoners, Report Shows

Non-citizens account for about one of every five federal prisoners, according to a report released Thursday that blew a massive hole in the conventional wisdom in media and government that immigrants commit fewer crimes than natural-born citizens.

The joint report prepared by the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice shows that 58,766 known or suspected noncitizens — mostly illegal immigrants — were imprisoned by the federal Bureau of Prisons or a pretrial detention facility as of Sept. 30, 2017.

The report made public Thursday was the third issued since President Donald Trump mandated the information be collected every three months as part of his executive orderon immigration in January.

Officials said the numbers highlight the importance of carrying out the president’s immigration-enforcement priorities, including completing construction of a credible wall along the southwest border.

“While the administration is working diligently to remove dangerous criminal aliens from our streets, this report highlights the fact that more must be done,” Homeland Security Secretary Kirsten Nielsen said in a prepared statement.

Similarly, Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Americans deserve an immigration system that serves the national interest.

“But at the border and in communities across America, our citizens are being victimized by illegal aliens who commit crimes,” he stated. “Nearly 95 percent of confirmed aliens in our federal prisons are here illegally.”

The report does not provide information about the types of crimes that noncitizen prisoners committed. But senior administration officials who briefed reporters on condition of anonymity, said data from the U.S. Sentencing Commission indicates that non-citizens make up a disproportionate share of prisoners held on certain offenses, such as immigration violations, drug trafficking and drug possession.

Yes, it took a real braniac to come up with this study

You cons can't even do a study without being disingenuous.

Here is a CATO study (not a liberal group) who have done an honest study

    https://object.cato.org/sites/cato.org/files/pubs/pdf/immigration_brief-1.pdf

And their conclusion - "All immigrants are less likely to be incarcerated than natives relative to their shares of the population,"

The Cato study found that there are about 2 million U.S-born citizens, 123,000 undocumented immigrants and 64,000 documented foreign citizens in U.S. jails.

If natural-born citizens were incarcerated at the same rate as undocumented immigrants, "about 893,000 fewer natives would be incarcerated," read the study. Similarly, if native citizens were incarcerated at the same rate as documented immigrants, 1.4 million fewer would be in prison.

Exactly, why won't the MSM report on a dumb study that says illegal immigrants were held for immigration violations MORE than the resident population.

That's absolutely bonkers! You Cons are geniuses, Trump is the second coming of Einstein. I wish I got accepted at Trump University, the real elite university where people could learn such great logic and reasoning skills.

leave it to a moron dem to call numbers conservative..I guess the proves that even dnc trolls know reality and facts are conservative. That they are either 1 in 5 of federal prisoners or not... is a fact or not. Its not conservative its fact.

facts are that illegal immigrants make up a very disproportionate amount of criminals in the federal system.

cato is going to have to revise their numbers with these new Federal numbers

I didn't say the NUMBERS are conservative you imbecile Con, I said the basis of the study is idiotic since it's using IMMIGRATION law violations as a control set which is INAPPLICABLE on the resident population - using your criteria ALL illegal immigrant are criminals except that's NOT the criteria for criminality being used in other studies and context. You know very well what I am talking about but you could care less for context because it suits your Nazi agenda of immigration.

The joint report was made by Trump's sycophants, they were likely licking his groober like Pence did the other day while writing that fake study. There are no new numbers - these numbers are for retards who voted for the Trump University Math professor.

In case I wasn't clear enough for slow Cons, let me repeat.

If a law is technically impossible for resident Americans to break compared to undocumented immigrants, what the fuck is the point of saying illegal immigrants break the law more? I can't believe i have to explain this bullshit. Why is there even a comparison and 'new numbers'? Who the fuck didn't knew this? This was NEVER the criteria used in other studies because they are not imbeciles.

  8. The people who deny the obvious truth of this data are the same people who accuse us of being ignorant because we question climate "science."

Nobody is denying the data, what they are denying is the absolutely ridiculous premise of this data collection.

Wow, illegal immigrants break immigration laws compared to residents. Who would have thunk that! Incredible 'data' this.

Anybody who buys the 'conclusions' of this 'data' are definitely ignorant and should never be taken seriously on any issues related to 'science', 'math' or 'politics'.

you arguing bullshit assumptions as if they a true.... again.

show us that the cato survey had these same numbers.

show us that these illegals were in federal prison for solely being here illegally and not additional crimes. (you argument is certainly ridiculous to some degree... because I heard on the radio that illegals made up a one third of the prisoners in for money laundering and illegals were a massive percentage of serious crimes like murder.
