  1. Perhaps a bit of an overstatement, but invariably quite important nonetheless.



    Although I've been working out since my late teens, it is only in the last several years that I began accentuating the negative in a meaningful manner. Feels right doing so. Fewer reps, but it makes the set harder, especially when not locking out at the top of the movement (or the bottom, depending on the exercise).
