Had Hillary won the Electoral College and not the "popular vote" ... there would not be this sort of backlash from Trump supporters. They would grudgingly respect the process, though not really be happy with the result, but there it is. Democrats do not really respect the rule of law. Only what is beneficial to them.

Obama won The popular vote by 10 million and The EC by 192 electoral votes and millions of republicans didn't accept him as a legitimate President because (they believed)he was from Kenya. The current Republican President was one of those people.

The rule of law, remember ? Obviously he was a legitimate President, but the Constitution says if you are foreign born, you cannot be President. The birthers were wrong in fact. but they were right in process. If he had been foreign born, would you uphold the Constitution also ?

  4. Like a republican or democrat cares about the Rule of Law, Obama submitted Garland per the constitution and republicans refused to do there constitutional duty and give him a hearing, Gorsuch is an illegitimate Supreme Court Justice and all decisions that he gives are suspect and illegal since the constitution wasn't followed.

  7. It's funny how liberals demand total and unquestioning obedience to whatever ridiculous orders some nutcase leftwing district court judge issues, but can turn around and moronically claim that a Supreme Court justice who was confirmed by the senate is somehow illegitimate.

I could as easily claim obamacare is illegitimate because the one vote margin it passed by came as a result of Al Franken's demonstrably fraudulent election.

There is no Constitutional duty to vote on a nominee. It is quite clear the Senate has three choices. They can confirm a nominee, they can reject him or they can do nothing.

  8. That's the problem with liberals like AAA, they aren't constitutionalist and likely never heard of Mark Levine. Now that the reps have bypassed the norms of this age and a 60 person vote in the senate now the dems will likely put up someone like Debbie Wasserman Schultz and AAA will feel a tingle shoot up his leg in glee.

  10. You might want to lay off the pepperoni pizzas after 11 at night and see if that helps a little.
