Historical data of earnings and broker upgrades/downgrades?

I'd like to get a historical dataset of (i) earnings, and (ii) upgrades/downgrades by brokers over the last 1+ year. What service or website can I use to download this historical data set?

 

Brokers don't rate, investment banks do. Estimize has some decent data available.

 

Quandl has something from Zacks for earnings. Never used it myself.
