How to access Interactive Brokers UK while in the US?

Everytime I try to go to the UK site, Im auto redirected to the US site. The wifi in my location is blocking my VPN and my AT&T plan doesnt allow me to run a hotspot. How to fix this?

Try to set up a VPS in the UK. They are just about 30 pounds a month. Then you can connect to it via RDP and have everything installed there.
