Have this issue being reported for years : Support suggestions don't help - different browsers, private mode, clearing cookies/cache, etc. Tried different machines, different internet connections. What was root cause of this and how did anyone definitively resolve it?
Yeah, I regularly experience that I'm being logged off from IB's website. Usually this happens during the weekend. I guess they are doing maintenance or other work on their infrastructure during those days.
if on a dynamic IP (one where the IP address keeps changing) it could lead to auto logout for security concerns.
Never seen this before in all those years with Windows and Mac, with Firefox and Safari. Looks like you isolated the problem: „so i guess the problem is with my connection (IP address) because once i go back again home i face up the same problem again“ So what can you tell us about your connection at home?
The first step is clear your cache and browser cookies. Run the browser in "safe" mode which disables all plugins. Try a different browser on the same computer. Try a different computer at you home. Does the router offer any advanced firewall or VPN features that are interfering with IB? Track your IP and see how often it changes. Most residential users have a dynamic IP that rarely changes.
