Is it only me or does everyone else feels that the quaility of IBKR’s Indian reps is really bad. They give wrong answers confidently and is insistent that their wrong answers are right. Judge people individually but certain stereotypes are correct. If a speedy response is essential you sometimes have to use negative stereotypes.

I called once and the Indian woman on the phone said her name was Laverne. She really didn't sound like a Laverne, but whatever. I called a few days later and got a similar sounding woman who said her name was Shirley. I was so astounded by this that I completely forgot my question and hung up.
