No, I'm saying its interesting that something unconstitutional is what is holding up the economy, this should put a stop to the moralists who think law=ethics. Also, its pretty interesting the only the two largest bolivar denomination notes are used, but only for stuff like bus rides as they are not high enough to be used for anything else
