I have terrible jet lag but as mentioned in a similar thread.. yes Clinton made the deal in 1994 and then in two weeks the Republicans took control of congress and did all they could to disrupt it, then Bush came in. Whatever chance there was of North Korea coming into the light was ruined. A pity but not a surprise.
